1. General Policy
All subscription purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day free trial or 7-day money-back guarantee period, whichever applies.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we'll refund 100% — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel within 7 days of your first payment.
- You have not downloaded more than 10 videos or accessed 50% of course content.
- You submit a refund request via email or in-app support.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment.
- You've consumed significant content (videos, quizzes, notes).
- Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- You're requesting a refund on a renewed subscription.
4. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Ganpati Gurukul account.
- Go to Settings → Billing → Request Refund.
- Or email us at refund@ganpatigurukul.com with your Order ID and reason.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing takes 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Access to premium features will be revoked immediately.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds for remaining days.
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
7. Technical Issues
If you face app crashes, video loading issues, or login problems:
- Contact support first at support@ganpatigurukul.com.
- We'll fix it within 48 hours.
- If unresolved, you may qualify for a pro-rated refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the latest version.
